Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allied-Vision-Technologies GC2450 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aschenbrenner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Alnor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aro such as the ANASKABXAB010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 143610C manufactured by Aschenbrenner and we are pleased to be able to service most Aschenbrenner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A6IL0001076 by Manufacturer Alnor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Applied-Materials Brand 001000013 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anderson-negele such as L370720 equipment made by Anderson-negele have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anderson-negele products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anderson-negele" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B6009DM01AT made by Amada as well as the popular AMT2004 original spares produced by Amtech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN034 by Apex-Dynamics and L370720 spares by Anderson-negele are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DPRN4122 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anton-Paar.
